• Reservations are secured by one nights deposit.
• If a cancellation is made 30 days before your stay, a full refund will be made. Less than 30 days, only if room is rebooked.
• We accept cash, personal checks or travelers checks.
• We now accept credit cards!

• All guest rooms are double occupancy.
• Children 12 and older are welcomed.
• Cottage Farm is a non-smoking environment.
• No pets permitted.
• Check in 3PM-6PM except by prior arrangement. Check out 11AM.
• Weekends minimum 2 night stay.
• Special rates for weekdays, extended and corporate stays.
